We’re looking for a technology coordinator with a strong background in safety and training compliance!

Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinate our Van Fleet. Includes:
    • Ensure Safety and training compliance with staff who operate our Vans
    • Manage van repairs
    • Manage annual audits
  • Manage all internal devices. Includes:
    • Ensuring their placement
    • Device repairs
    • Monitoring device activities
    • Manage and maintain company device records
  • Coordinating general safety compliance
  • Coordinating with insurance brokers

Who We’re Looking For

  • Someone who is compassionate with a people-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent writing, record keeping and communication skills
  • Can work proficiently on a deadline
  • Someone who is familiar with all types of tablets and laptops
  • Familiarity with fleet management
  • Familiarity with insurance claims management
  • Organized, self-motivated, and attention to detail
