Wichita Vision Institute is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role provides essential support behind the scenes — helping keep patient records organized and office operations running smoothly. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. For the right candidate, there is opportunity for future growth into a more patient-facing Front Desk/Patient Coordinator role as responsibilities and skills develop.

Key Responsibilities

  • Break down, organize, and scan patient charts
  • Attach documents and files to patient accounts in our system
  • Enter data accurately and maintain digital records
  • Support general administrative tasks as needed
  • Assist the front desk and clinical teams during busy periods
  • Operate multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently, transferring or taking messages as needed
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents and records
  • Provide excellent customer support via phone or in person, addressing inquiries promptly and courteously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
