Responsibilities:
-Hire and train staff

-Follow Title 22 regulations

-Write weekly staff schedule

-Arrange coverage when staff call out or have arranged for time off

-Conduct monthly staff in-services

-Facilitate & coordinate client needs

-Be available for surprise, unannounced visits from DDS (Department of Developmental Disabilities) or CDPH (Ca Dept of Public Health), Write Plans of Corrections for the deficiencies and submit to CDPH within their given

-Update office policies and ensure staff compliance with them

-Write monthly report to the Board of Directors and attend monthly meetings

Skills:
- Proven experience as an Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or relevant role

-Familiarity with office equipment, computer literate

-Ability to supervise, train, motivate, discipline staff

-Excellent organizational and time management skills

-Strong written and oral communication skills

-Problem solving attitude with an eye for detail

-Ability to collaborate with other agencies (NBRC, Day Programs, Medical Professionals, ancillary services, including OT, PT, SLP, community transportation providers, etc.

Requirements and Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field

-At least 1 year experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities

-Complete prehire documentation to include: Fingerprint clearance, TB test, Health Physical and drug testing

-Ability to be CPR certified

-Ability to be certified by our RN to pass medication
