Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Administrator to support the efficient operation of ECHO’s New Cairo office. This is a hybrid role, allowing the flexibility to work from home occasionally, while primarily operating from our office location. The Administrator will oversee daily administrative tasks, maintain records, coordinate internal communications, support team operations, and ensure the smooth execution of projects. Additional responsibilities may include vendor management, scheduling, and assisting department heads with policy implementation and reporting.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in office management tools, organizational systems, and maintaining accurate records
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to support team coordination and client interactions
  • Ability to manage schedules, meetings, and logistics effectively, and ensure timely project deliverables
  • Familiarity with basic finance-related tasks like invoice tracking and expense reporting is a plus
  • Proven problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to dynamic work environments
  • Prior administrative or related experience is strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is an advantage
