The People Systems Administrator maintains the integrity of the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) by managing workflows, conducting data audits, and identifying opportunities to improve existing systems and processes. This role serves as a key support resource for People Operations by administering the department ticket desk and handling both internal and external requests for employee information.


  • Manage HRIS workflows with a global mindset, ensuring accuracy and providing feedback as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and system usability and escalate enhancement ideas appropriately.
  • Review and respond to ZenDesk tickets and emails, routing, resolving, or escalating issues as needed.
  • Track and follow up on open items to ensure timely resolution and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Support the People Operations team by answering voicemails and completing employment verifications.
  • Monitor system releases and flag relevant updates for review and potential adoption. Relay system updates to impacted teams.
  • Gather requirements and support the creation and distribution of ADP reports for various stakeholders.
  • Ensures the integrity and accuracy of HRIS data through regular audits and system maintenance.
  • Support the Integration process for loading new acquisitions as needed.
  • Create and maintain process documents and training materials for Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service, and other Systems processes.
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years' experience in a Payroll, HR, or Benefits environment
  • Working knowledge of HR applications and ticketing applications
  • Technical proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Salary: $65,000
