Job Summary: We are seeking a well-organized and proactive Clinic Administrator with own visa to manage the daily operations of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth administrative functioning, excellent patient service, and coordination between medical and support staff. Key Responsibilities: Manage front desk operations and patient appointments Handle patient registration, billing, and insurance coordination Maintain medical records and ensure confidentiality Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and support staff Oversee clinic scheduling and staff duty rosters Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally Manage inventory, medical supplies, and vendor coordination Prepare reports and maintain administrative documentation Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification Own Visa (Mandatory) Minimum 1–3 years of experience in clinic/hospital administration Knowledge of healthcare systems and insurance processes in UAE Strong organizational and multitasking skills Good communication and customer service skills Proficiency in MS Office and clinic management software Preferred Skills: Experience in medical billing and insurance approvals Familiarity with DHA / DOH / MOH regulations Multilingual (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage) Leadership and problem-solving skills Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary (based on experience) Flexible working hours (if applicable) Professional and supportive work environment
