Role Overview
Seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Secretary to support management through efficient documentation, coordination, and communication. The role includes handling petty cash, preparing quotations, managing client interactions, and organizing service-related activities. Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, manage calendars, handle correspondence.
  • Documentation: Prepare, organize, and maintain company records with proper filing systems.
  • Client Communication: Serve as primary contact, handle inquiries, and maintain professional client relations.
  • Quotations: Prepare accurate service quotations in line with company pricing and policies.
  • Service Coordination: Arrange attendance, resources, and communication for service operations.
  • Marketing Assistance: Support international and local marketing tasks; attend meetings as required.
  • Travel & Logistics: Arrange itineraries, accommodation, and transportation for staff and visitors.
  • Office Support: Assist with inventory, procurement, and equipment maintenance.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information securely.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training is an advantage.
  • Experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork capability.
