We are looking for a professional, student-focused, and target-oriented Admissions Counsellor with 2–5 years of experience in the education sector (domestic or overseas admissions).
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong counselling ability, and a passion for helping students choose the right educational pathways.

Key Responsibilities
1. Student Counselling & Admission Support

  • Guide students on program selection based on their academic background, interests, and career goals.
  • Provide detailed information on our academic programs, course structures, eligibility, and outcomes.
  • Counsel students for study abroad programs across major destinations.

2. Application & Documentation Management

  • Assist students with application submissions, documentation, and admission procedures.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of applications before submission.
  • Follow up with students to collect required documents on time.

3. Lead Handling & Conversion

  • Respond promptly to incoming leads (calls, enquiries, walk-ins, digital leads).
  • Conduct counselling sessions over phone, Zoom, WhatsApp, and in person.
  • Maintain high conversion rates and achieve monthly admission targets.

4. Coordination with Internal Teams

  • Work closely with the admissions processing team, academic coordinators, and international office teams.
  • Coordinate with partner universities and learning centres (when required).
  • Update CRM systems and maintain proper student records.

5. Student Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with students and parents.
  • Provide regular updates, guidance, and end-to-end support until enrollment.
  • Offer excellent service to maintain the brand’s global reputation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Admissions / Educational Counselling / Study Abroad.
  • Strong knowledge about international education, academic programs, and admission processes.
  • Excellent communication skills (English preferred).
  • Ability to handle targets, manage leads, and convert enquiries.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, confidence, and a student-friendly approach.
  • Good understanding of digital tools: CRM, MS Office, WhatsApp Business, Zoom/Google Meet.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural global team.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience in study abroad counselling, university admissions, or higher education sales is an advantage.
  • Candidates who can start immediately or within a short notice period.
  • Work from Home basis

Job Types: Part-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
