Location: Hitek Trainings – Sialkot Branch
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: PKR 10,000 – 30,000 + Incentives
Experience: Freshers or 6 months of relevant experience

About the Role:

Hitek Trainings is looking for a smart, confident, and energetic female Admissions Coordinator for its Sialkot branch. You will play a key role in guiding students about our digital skills programs, handling admissions, and ensuring smooth communication between potential students and the training team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide walk-in and online inquiries about available courses
• Counsel students and parents about course details, fees, and schedules
• Handle admission forms, documentation, and enrollment process
• Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Maintain proper records of inquiries, admissions, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with trainers and management to manage batch scheduling
• Ensure a smooth and welcoming front-desk experience

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Urdu (basic English is a plus)
• Confident personality with a positive attitude
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Google Forms, etc.)
• Responsible, organized, and people-friendly nature
• Passion to grow in the education and digital skills sector
