Job Description: Admission Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Admission Manager to join our esteemed educational institution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire admissions process, from lead generation to enrollment, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for prospective students and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- - Develop and implement strategic admission plans to achieve enrollment targets.
- - Manage end-to-end admission process including inquiry handling, counseling, application processing, and follow-ups.
- - Coordinate with marketing teams to drive lead generation and engagement campaigns.
- - Organize and participate in admission events such as open houses, school visits, and education fairs.
- - Maintain and update student records in the admissions database system.
- - Monitor and analyze admission data and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- - Build strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational consultants.
- - Ensure compliance with institutional policies and admission standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- - Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- - Proven experience in admissions, student counseling, or educational sales.
- - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- - Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Work Location and Reporting:
This position is based at our main campus and reports directly to the Campus Director.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
