About the Role

Octet Solutions is looking for a dedicated and confident Admission Officer to join our team. This role is focused on handling leads, reaching out to potential students, providing complete course information, and successfully closing admissions for our training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on provided leads and contact potential students via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Provide complete and accurate information about Octet Solutions’ courses and training programs.
• Counsel students according to their interests and career goals.
• Follow up with interested leads and convert them into confirmed admissions.
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admission processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Good command of English and Urdu (spoken).
• Experience in admissions, sales, or lead handling will be a plus.
• Ability to meet admission targets and work in a result-oriented environment.
• Basic computer skills (CRM, Excel, or lead management tools preferred).
