Admissions Officer (Female Only)

Job Description:

Octet Institute, the training division of Octet Solutions, offers industry-focused courses in technology, digital marketing, and business skills. We’re hiring Admissions Officer to follow up with potential students, advise on programs, and drive admissions enrolments.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, respond to, and follow up with leads from Meta ads, Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, and website forms.
• Convert high-potential leads into enrolled students by building trust and explaining the value of Octet’s programs
• Conduct phone/WhatsApp discovery calls to understand student goals and recommend the right course.
• Track all leads and interactions in CRM or lead sheet; maintain daily conversion reports.
• Guide students through registration, payment submission, and onboarding steps.
• Coordinate with Head to confirm received payments and track financial records.
• Support students with WhatsApp group onboarding, schedule sharing, class reminders.
• Handle any admissions-related documents or forms (fee vouchers, ID collection, attendance forms, etc.)
• Maintain and update monthly enrollment & payment tracking sheets.

Requirements

• Female candidate only
• Excellent linguistic proficiency in Urdu and English
• Exceptional negotiation skills & convincing power
• Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work.
• Punctual and confident.
• Self-Starter with high motivation.

Job Details:

Location: R-30, DHA Phase 8 – Ex Air Avenue, Lahore ( near Neon Square)

Timings: Mon-Fri (9am-6pm)

Salary: Pkr 35000-40000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
