Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Customer Support Representative (CSR) to manage student communications, handle admissions, and ensure smooth coordination between students, parents, and teachers for our online teaching services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Handle existing students and parents queries about classes, schedules, and support
  • Manage new leads and admissions, provide course details, and follow up
  • Schedule classes, trial sessions, and coordinate with teachers
  • Manage rescheduling and replacement classes
  • Maintain student records and update data in sheets/CRM
  • Follow up on fees with parents and coordinate
  • Handle complaints professionally and report major issues to management
  • Provide daily/weekly reports of leads and student support activities

Requirements

  • Good English communication skills
  • Basic MS Office / Google Sheets knowledge
  • Strong customer dealing skills
  • Responsible and well-organized personality
