CSR - Night Shift

Working Days: Monday to Friday
Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift)
Location: On-site | Block 13, Gulistan-e-Johar

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Call Center Representative to join our US-based shipping and logistics company. The ideal candidate will manage international client interactions, coordinate shipments, handle sales inquiries, and ensure smooth transportation operations. This role demands excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a professional approach to delivering top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound international client communications via email, chat, and phone.
• Coordinate vehicle pickups and deliveries to ensure timely, efficient transportation.
• Negotiate with clients to offer services and drive sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, payments, and client communications.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Achieve assigned monthly performance and sales targets.
• Uphold high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in an international call center (mandatory).
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work night shifts (6 PM – 3 AM).
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional attitude.
