Admission Officer (Assistant Manager)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admission Officer/ Processing Assistant Manager to oversee student visa application processes and support the operations of Processing department in study abroad consultancy . The ideal candidate will ensure smooth documentation handling, maintain compliance with immigration requirements, and lead the processing team to deliver high-quality services to clients applying for international education programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the end-to-end admission processing workflow for student applications.
  • Review and verify documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with embassy and immigration requirements.
  • Coordinate with counselors, partner universities, and embassies regarding application status and updates.
  • Guide students through admission and visa requirements for multiple study destinations.
  • Train, mentor, and monitor processing officers to maintain service quality and productivity.
  • Maintain records, track application progress, and update internal CRM systems.
  • Handle complex or escalated cases and provide solutions to clients.
  • Stay updated on admission and visa policies, immigration regulations, and country-specific requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to company SOPs, compliance standards, and timelines.
  • Generate processing reports and performance metrics for management review.
  • Support management in improving operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in application processing, immigration consultancy, or study abroad services.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience in admission application processes for countries including Romania, France, Sweden, Finland, South Korea, and Cyprus, including university requirements, documentation, timelines, and embassy procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Leadership and team management experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Customer service mindset with a professional attitude.
  • Knowledge of compliance and quality assurance practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
