Position Summary

Acacia is hiring! The Admission Specialist plays a key role in driving student enrollment by proactively engaging with prospective students, building strong relationships, and guiding them from inquiry through successful enrollment. This role is sales-driven, requiring the ability to communicate the value of the university’s programs, overcome objections, and achieve monthly enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Engagement & Lead Conversion

  • Proactively contact prospective students via phone, email, chat, and social media to follow up on inquiries and applications.
  • Effectively present the university’s value proposition, program benefits and tuition options.
  • Managing a pipeline of prospects and consistently converting leads to enrollment.

2. Sales & Enrollment Goals

  • Achieve individual and team enrollment targets within set deadlines.
  • Track daily activity metrics (calls, emails, appointments, conversions) to meet performance benchmarks.
  • Maintain strong follow-up to reduce drop-off and increase yield.

3. Reporting & CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate records of all student interactions in the CRM system.
  • Generate daily/weekly reports on lead status, pipeline activity, and enrollment progress.
  • Provide feedback to marketing and admissions leadership on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing, Communication, or Education preferred or any).
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, student recruitment, admissions counseling, or customer service.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/enrollment targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
