ADMISSIONS Officer

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admissions Officer to manage the student admissions process and ensure a positive experience for parents and prospective students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inquiries related to admissions professionally
  • Manage the complete admissions cycle from inquiry to enrollment
  • Counsel parents and students regarding academic programs
  • Maintain accurate admission records and reports
  • Coordinate with academic and accounts departments
  • Support admission campaigns, open houses, and school events

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or master's degree (Education, Management, or related field preferred)
  • Proven experience in admissions or customer-facing roles (school experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills
  • Ability to manage high admission loads during peak seasons
