ADNOC HSE Training Marketing Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Manager with experience in third-party ADNOC HSE training services ( ADNOC Training) to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting professional training programs, generating leads, and building strong client relationships across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and market third-party HSE training programs.( ADNOC HSE training)
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and training solutions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with training and operations teams for smooth execution
• Maintain client database and follow up on leads

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in b2B marketing (preferably third-party training or ADNOC HSE training)
• Strong knowledge of UAE market, especially corporate training sector
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record in sales/marketing with target achievement
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
