Position Title: Ads Specialist

Location: PNY Trainings Arfa Tower, Lahore
Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)
Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Reports To: Head of Marketing Dept./ Consultant Marketing / CEO
Experience: 3-5 Years
Stipend: PKR 70,000 ~ 80,000 per month

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Ads Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. The ideal candidate should be performance-driven, analytical, and experienced in delivering ROI-focused digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Plan, create, and optimize campaigns for traffic, leads, conversions, and branding.
- Manage Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, retargeting, and pixel/CAPI tracking.
- A/B test creatives, audiences, placements, and campaign budgets.
2. Google Ads
- Manage Search Ads, Display Ads, YouTube Ads, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Keyword research, bidding optimization, and conversion tracking setup.
- Improve Quality Score, CTR, and reduce CPC for better ROI.
3. TikTok Ads
- Create and manage short-form video campaigns for awareness, traffic, and conversions.
- Work on interest-based targeting, pixel setup, and creative testing.
- Analyze trends and leverage TikTok’s fast-paced creative environment.
4. LinkedIn Ads
- Run Sponsored Content, InMail Ads, Lead Gen Forms, and B2B targeting.
- Manage professional audience segmentation and campaign optimization.
- Drive high-quality B2B leads and brand visibility.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Develop result-oriented digital advertising strategies across all platforms.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, conversions).
- Collaborate with the creative team for ad copies, visuals, and video content.
- Maintain updated knowledge of platform algorithms, new features, and best practices.
- Maintain proper documentation of budgets, ad spends, and results.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- 2~5 years of proven Experience
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong understanding of tracking tools: Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, TikTok Pixel, UTM Parameters.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in campaign optimization.
- Ability to handle large budgets and deliver performance-based results.
- Good understanding of landing pages, funnels, and customer journey mapping.
- Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
