Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive client experience.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
Client Support: Respond promptly to client inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate information about products/services, pricing, and account details.
Issue Resolution: Investigate and address client issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with internal teams to find effective solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products/services offered.
Stay informed about updates, new features, and changes in offerings.
Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed about the status of their inquiries, projects, or accounts.
Provide regular updates on relevant information or changes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
