Al Habtoor Motors is seeking an Advertising Manager to join our newly expanded Advertising Department . This person will serve as the bridge between our internal creative, social media, analytics, and external/outsourced agencies. The role demands strategic thinking, strong stakeholder management, excellent execution skills, multi-tasking, people management, and deep knowledge of advertising (traditional, digital, and social) in the UAE automotive industry within the agency environment or working directly with automotive brands.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage advertising campaigns end-to-end: planning, briefing, follow-up, delivery, optimization, reporting.
  • Be the primary point of contact between the Advertising Department (creative, social, analytics, marketing) and external vendors (media buying, production, PR, etc.).
  • Translate business objectives (sales, brand awareness, market share, customer experience) into actionable advertising plans.
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging, tone, and positioning across all AHM brands (Mitsubishi, FUSO, JAC, Bentley, Bugatti, etc.).
  • Oversee budget allocation and tracking; ensure return-on-investment and manage spending efficiently.
  • Monitor performance metrics and analyze campaign results to recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Manager & Social Media Manager to align campaign creative & content with media strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, brand, and legal requirements (UAE advertising standards, OEM brand guidelines).
  • Liaise with marketing department to ensure advertising supports commercial goals.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to manage timelines and deliverables.
  • Maintain knowledge of market trends, competition, and consumer behavior in the automotive and luxury sectors.

Skills & Qualifications Required 

Essentials

·        Bachelor’s degree in advertising, Marketing, Business, or related field.

·        Minimum 5–7 years of advertising experience as a manager, with at least 2–3 years in automotive, luxury, or high-value consumer brands in UAE.

·        Strong knowledge of digital advertising (programmatic, Google Ads, social media paid) and traditional media (OOH, print, TV/radio, events, product launch etc).

·        Understanding consumer behavior in UAE automotive and luxury segments.

·        Excellent people management and coordination skills.

·        Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

·        Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

·        Project management skills; able to deliver on deadlines across multiple campaigns.

·        Experience managing creative or production projects.

·        Managing multi-million AED advertising budgets.

Technical Knowledge

  • Digital Platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube, Affiliate, SEO,SEM.
  • Programmatic buying basics (DSP – Demand Side Platform, RTB- Real Time Bidding).
  • Media planning & buying (Cost Per Mille, CPC – Cost Per Click, CPA – Cost Per Acquisition).
  • Ad creative formats & specifications across digital, video, social, and OOH.
  • Social media analytics tools.
  • Budget management & forecasting.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics / GA4, Facebook Insights, dashboards.
  • Reporting: Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, data visualization tools.
  • Brand/OEM compliance and UAE advertising regulatory standards.
  • Print, OOH, radio/TV production workflows.
  • Customer journey mapping and attribution models.

Must-Have

  • Proven track record managing full advertising campaigns in UAE.
