Purpose of the Role:
To plan, manage, and execute advertising strategies that effectively promote the company’s real estate listings, brand, and services. The role focuses on increasing property visibility, attracting qualified leads, and driving sales through targeted advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advertising Strategy & Planning
- Develop advertising strategies to market properties (residential/commercial) and promote the brand.
- Identify the most effective advertising channels (Google Ads, Meta, property portals like Zillow, Realtor.com, etc.).
- Campaign Management
- Design and launch campaigns for new listings, open houses, project launches, and corporate branding.
- Manage content creation including ad copy, banners, listing descriptions, videos, and brochures.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms (digital, print, outdoor, etc.).
- Lead Generation
- Implement advertising funnels that convert viewers into qualified leads.
- Monitor lead quality and campaign performance to optimize ROI.
- Media Buying & Vendor Coordination
- Negotiate with media outlets, influencers, and real estate portals for advertising space.
- Manage relationships with ad agencies, photographers, and design teams.
- Budget Management
- Plan and manage the advertising budget for campaigns and projects.
- Ensure efficient spending while maximizing campaign impact.
- Performance Analytics
- Track KPIs: impressions, clicks, inquiries, cost per lead, conversions.
- Generate performance reports and recommend improvements.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales team to align advertising with sales goals.
- Coordinate with marketing, digital, and branding departments for cohesive campaigns.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Real Estate, or related field.
- 3–5+ years experience in advertising, preferably in real estate or property development.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube).
- Familiarity with real estate marketing trends, listing platforms, and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
