We’re looking for an experienced, hands on Advertising Specialist to own paid search and paid social end to end. You’ll set strategy, build and optimize campaigns across Google and Meta, and manage a monthly budget of $[insert budget] to hit clear ROAS/CAC/CPL targets. You’ll implement and QA tracking (GA4 + GTM), stand up actionable dashboards (Looker Studio), and run a disciplined testing cadence across bids, audiences, creatives, and landing pages. Partnering with content/design and our revenue team, you’ll translate insights into pipeline and profitable growth, not just clicks. This is a hybrid role in Columbus, OH (2–3 days on site) with high ownership, fast iteration, and room to scale what works.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize multichannel marketing campaigns across digital platforms including social media, search engines, email, and print advertising.
- Manage advertising sales efforts by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals to expand our market reach.
- Utilize tools like Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation platforms to enhance campaign performance and ROI.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and target audience behaviors to inform campaign planning and content development.
- Create engaging content for various marketing channels using copywriting skills and Adobe Creative Suite tools to produce visually appealing assets.
- Analyze campaign data with Google Analytics and other analytics tools to measure effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and report on key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with product management teams to align advertising strategies with product launches, updates, and promotional initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing.
- Strong knowledge of advertising platforms such as Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) along with basic HTML skills for ad customization.
- Familiarity with WordPress for website content management and optimization.
- Ability to conduct thorough research and develop compelling copy that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Experience in B2B marketing environments with a focus on E-commerce or product promotion is preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills using Google Analytics and other data tools to evaluate campaign success.
- Strong sales acumen combined with budgeting experience for managing advertising spend effectively.
