Blue Mesa Homes is looking for a driven, results-oriented advertising professional to take full ownership of our marketing and advertising efforts. We are intentionally seeking an independent individual—not an agency—who is ready to grow alongside us and become a high-value strategic partner.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than just a client—you’ll play a key role in shaping how our brand reaches and connects with homebuyers.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute advertising strategies to reach our target audience
• Manage and optimize social media campaigns across relevant platforms
• Create, test, and refine marketing funnels that generate measurable results
• Identify new opportunities to increase brand visibility and lead generation
• Collaborate with ownership to align marketing with company goals
• (Preferred) Assist with or manage website design, updates, and optimization

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in advertising and marketing (housing or real estate industry a plus)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and paid advertising
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of outcomes
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on ROI and performance
• (Preferred) Experience designing or managing websites
• Entrepreneurial mindset—we want someone building their own business

Position Details:

• Contractor (must operate under your own business license)
• Flexible structure: monthly or quarterly engagement
• Compensation negotiable based on experience, scope, and results
