Job Summary

Duties

• Perform non-invasive aesthetic procedures such as botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, and laser skin rejuvenation with precision and care.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review, vital signs measurement, and skin evaluations to determine suitable treatment plans.
• Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, post-procedure care, and potential risks to ensure informed consent.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation within electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic or Athenahealth, adhering to HIPAA regulations.
• Manage patient flow efficiently by scheduling appointments, follow-ups, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies for aesthetic services and participate in community outreach to promote the practice’s offerings.
• Ensure all procedures are performed using sterile techniques and adhere to infection control protocols for patient safety.

Skills

• Proven experience with aesthetic laser treatments, dermal fillers, Botox (botulinum toxin), and related cosmetic procedures.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and skin health to customize treatments effectively.
• Excellent patient communication skills with the ability to educate and build trust with diverse clients.
• Ability to perform clinical assessments including vital signs measurement, injection administration, and post-treatment evaluations.
• Knowledge of medical terminology related to dermatology and aesthetic medicine.
