Aesthetic Patient Coordinator cum Sales

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Present and explain treatment plans to patients, motivating them to start treatment.
• Prepare and structure treatment plans together with the doctors.
• Coordinate and follow up with patients throughout the entire treatment process.
• Maintain strong communication and provide top-quality service at all times.
• Track results and meet monthly treatment-start targets.
• Handle complaints,returning and referral patients efficiently.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, customer relations, and medical coordination (aesthetic experience is an advantage).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (additional languages are a plus).
• Organized, positive, and responsible personality.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools.
