Cosmique Aesthetics & Dermatology Clinic is looking for an experienced Telecaller / Lead Conversion Executive with 3+ years of proven experience in aesthetic or cosmetic clinics. This role is strictly focused on lead calling, follow-ups, and conversions, not patient management. The ideal candidate will be target-driven, persuasive, and skilled in converting inquiries into confirmed appointments.

Job Summary

Cosmique Aesthetics & Dermatology Clinic is seeking an experienced and professional Telecaller / Patient Care Executive with 3+ years of relevant experience to manage patient communication, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a patient-centric approach, and prior experience in healthcare, dermatology, or aesthetic clinics.

Key Responsibilities

• Call generated leads from digital campaigns, social media, WhatsApp, and inquiry forms
• Explain aesthetic and cosmetic treatments such as laser, skincare, injectables, and body contouring
• Convert leads into confirmed clinic appointments
• Perform structured follow-ups to maximize lead conversion
• Maintain accurate lead status and updates in CRM or lead management systems
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly conversion and revenue targets
• Coordinate with front desk for appointment availability only (no patient handling)
• Maintain professional call quality and brand representation

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Telecaller or Lead Conversion Executive
• Mandatory experience in an aesthetic, cosmetic, or dermatology clinic
• Strong sales, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Experience working with CRM, lead dashboards, and call tracking systems
• Target-oriented mindset with a proven conversion record
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
