Aesthetician Retail & Sales Role

The RA Skin Studio a Rhonda Allison Concept and RA Sales Department is looking for skin care enthusiast to join our team in a dual role. We are looking for professional individuals who are quick learners, great communicators and are passionate about skin care and providing clients with results! Aesthetician license is a must and the ability to sell synergistic home and treatment regimens and work with existing partners to build their business by phone, email and zoom.

Responsibilities Include:

- Scheduling consultations and building full skin care regimens

- Recommending and selling of products

- Phone calls for specials, leads, partners

- Partner strategies to build business and build clients regimens/treatment plan

- Maintain a clean and organized retail boutique area

- Educate clients on products

- Create an exceptional, friendly experience for clients and partners

Training Includes:

- Product knowledge

- Phone training

- Learning to use CRM and other programs to close sales

- Partnership training

- Studio procedures and policies

Successful candidates will:

- Have previous sales experience – prefer in the beauty retail industry

- Have an active, Colorado aesthetician license

- Have an attention to detail

- Excellent verbal communication skills with an upbeat, friendly, helpful disposition

- Have strong phone skills

- Be comfortable talking with people and finding the best solution for their skin

- Have a desire to work with a team

- Have experience working with Apple products – iPads/laptops

- Show an ability to adapt to change, sometimes with short notice

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
