About the role
Accountable to lead and grow QR global affiliate program, delivering incremental revenue, and setting a clear strategic vision for growth for the Affiliate channel. The Affiliate Manager will manage a team of affiliate officers and will be accountable for driving higher sales through strategic partner recruitment, effective campaign management and optimizing performance across regions.
Key Accountabilities include:

Responsible for scaling global affiliate programs by setting a long-term growth roadmap and aligning regional strategies to drive sustained revenue expansion and market share growth.

Designing performance-based incentive models by leading commercial negotiation with the partners in order to maximize partner commitment and profitability.

Strategic oversight of affiliate tracking and measurement frameworks by ensuring robust pixel implementation and attribution models to enable accurate insights for executive decision-making.

Identify growth gaps and market opportunities by leveraging competitor benchmarking and performance analysis resulting in targeted recruitment that expands the affiliate portfolio strategically.

Visionary campaign planning by aligning affiliate initiatives with broader marketing objectives to ensure cohesive multi-channel impact and brand consistency.

Coaching affiliate officers and fostering a performance-driven culture to ensure a capable team ready to execute strategic priorities.

Affiliate channel budget ownership at a strategic level by forecasting, allocating, and optimizing spend across regions, achieving maximum return on marketing investments.

Cross-functional influence by collaborating with senior leaders in product, finance, revenue management and analytics to drive integrated go-to-market executions.

Accountable for executive-level communication, by presenting strategy, forecasts, and performance to leadership and stakeholders, securing alignment and resource support for growth initiatives.

Strategic adaptability by pivoting plans in response to market shifts, competitive activity, and affiliate channel innovations, maintaining program resilience and competitive advantage.

Embedding brand protection protocols and partner vetting processes to safeguard reputation and regulatory adherence globally to safely protect the group.

Manage the affiliate platforms and capitalizing on emerging technologies by leveraging multi-network tools strategically to unlock efficiencies and scalability in partner management. Anticipating market trends through commercial growth mindset by capitalizing on untapped revenue streams, positioning the affiliate program as a key profit driver for the business in order to achieve greater revenue streams.
