Affiliate Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Expert to develop, manage, and scale our affiliate program. The ideal candidate will recruit high-performing partners, optimize campaign performance, and drive revenue growth through strategic affiliate relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to increase sales and brand exposure
• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates, influencers, publishers, and partners
• Identify and negotiate partnerships with high-quality traffic sources
• Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns for ROI and scalability
• Track KPIs including CPA, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, and fraud detection
• Manage affiliate platforms and networks (e.g., Impact, CJ, ShareASale, Partnerize, etc.)
• Create promotional materials, tracking links, and commission structures
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, FTC rules, and platform policies
• Analyze data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights
• Stay updated on affiliate trends, tools, and competitive activity

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing and partner management
• Strong understanding of performance marketing models (CPA, CPL, RevShare)
• Experience working with affiliate networks and tracking platforms
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities
• Familiarity with fraud prevention, attribution, and tracking methods
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple partnerships

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in (eCommerce / SaaS / Finance / iGaming / Mobile Apps — customize)
• Knowledge of SEO, paid media, and influencer marketing
• Experience managing six-figure+ monthly affiliate budgets
• International affiliate recruitment experience
• Basic understanding of HTML, tracking pixels, and UTM structures

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
