- Affiliate Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategies to diversify the affiliate portfolio, identifying opportunities across content creators, coupon sites, loyalty partners, influencers, and emerging affiliate types.
- Performance Analysis and Optimization: Monitor affiliate performance metrics, analyze campaign data, and generate actionable insights to continuously improve ROI and efficiency.
- Budget Management: Manage the affiliate marketing budget, including partner payouts, technology/platform costs, and campaign incentives, ensuring cost-effective performance.
- Full-Funnel Campaign Support: Support full-funnel marketing efforts by ensuring affiliate strategies align with broader digital marketing initiatives and brand objectives.
- Compliance and Brand Integrity: Ensure all affiliate content aligns with brand guidelines, FTC regulations, and legal standards.
- Competitive Benchmarking: Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and affiliate innovations to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Reporting & Stakeholder Communication: Deliver regular performance reports and insights to internal stakeholders, demonstrating the channel's impact on revenue and brand growth.
Skills/Functions:
- Strong relationship building and communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire both internal and external partners.
- Experience driving cross functional initiatives with global teams and external collaborators.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to connect the dots between brand, product, and consumer needs.
- Strong organizational skills and project management expertise across multiple complex initiatives.
- Passion for brand storytelling, innovation, and consumer centric marketing.
- Analytical mindset with experience evaluating campaign and partner performance using data.
- Creative problem solver with a bias toward action.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Qualifications:
- 5+ Years in Affiliate Marketing Proven experience managing an affiliate program, ideally in a consumer goods, e-commerce, or DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) environment.
- Affiliate Network Expertise Hands-on experience with major affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, Rakuten, CJ Affiliate, ShareASale, Awin).
- Experience launching or scaling programs on these platforms is highly valuable.
- Agency Experience Preferred.
- Partner Development & Relationship Management Track record of identifying, onboarding, and optimizing affiliate partnerships across content, influencer, coupon, loyalty, and deal sites.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Experience working with paid media, brand marketing, creative, PR, and analytics teams to drive integrated marketing efforts.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting Demonstrated ability to analyze affiliate channel performance, use attribution tools, and deliver insights to drive growth.
- Budget & Payout Management Experience setting and managing channel budgets, partner commission structures, and incentive models.
