Job Brief
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused After Sales & Service Contracts Executive to manage service contracts, spare parts sales, and customer support activities. The role focuses on maintaining long-term client relationships, handling renewals, coordinating with service teams, and driving aftermarket revenue through upselling and contract management.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B after-sales and maintenance-related sales, with the ability to manage customer expectations and ensure high service standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and renew annual maintenance and service contracts with existing clients.
- Prepare and follow up on spare parts quotations and service proposals.
- Coordinate with internal service and technical teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Promote service upgrades, renewals, and value-added solutions to existing customers.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, renewals, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Track contract expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
- Support management in achieving after-sales and service revenue targets.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and recommend improvements to service processes.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B after-sales, service contracts, spare parts, or maintenance-related sales.
- Strong experience in: Service contract renewals, Spare parts quotations and sales, Handling customer complaints, and coordination with service teams.
- Fluent in English (mandatory); Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Experience in upselling service upgrades, renewals, and add-ons.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Background in customer relationship management, servicing, and maintenance in industries such as Equipment manufacturing, Electronics and appliances, HVAC, Coffee machines, or other aftermarket-driven businesses.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-centric.
