We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Present, promote, and sell company products/services to prospective customers.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on inquiries.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions/services.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

✅ Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of sales experience (UAE experience is an advantage; freshers with strong skills may apply).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
