After Sales Service Engineer

Logix Solutions is looking for service engineers from Peshawar, for one of our valued clients.

1) JOB POSITION: AFTER SALES SERVICE ENGINEER

JOB LOCATION: PESHAWAR, PAKISTAN

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues on various industrial products i.e., Security equipment’s, material handling equipment’s etc.

· Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients.

· Collaborate with the technical team to develop and implement effective solutions.

· Conduct regular maintenance and updates on equipment.

· Deliver comprehensive training to clients on system operations.

· Ensure timely resolution of service requests and exceed customer expectations.

· Assist in calibration and testing equipment on site.

· Support maintenance activities on site.

· Coordinate with other team members for site work.

· Help in identifying spare parts and basic tools required for maintenance.

· Learn and follow quality standards and best engineering practices.

· Participate in training sessions and technical skill development programs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· BE in Electrical & Electronics

· 2 to 3 years at least in the relevant industry fresh can also apply

· Proven experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar technical support role.

COMPENSATION:

· 50000-70000
