Interview Location:

Salary:

  • Basic Salary Rs 35,000.00 – Rs 55,000.00 per month. Will be decided after interview

1. Customer Service Management

2. Team Supervision & Training

3. Operations & Coordination

4. Warranty Management

5. Reporting & Analysis

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
  • Technical knowledge of electronic products (ACs, LEDs, Refrigerators, Geysers, etc.).
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Inter/ Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience: Minimum 4–6 years of experience in after-sales service management, preferably in the home appliances or electronics industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
