Student Coordinator – Source Code Academia (Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi)

As a student coordinator, you will be at the heart of this mission — acting as the primary bridge between students, faculty, and administration. Your role is essential in ensuring students receive timely support, effective class coordination, and meaningful academic guidance, ultimately leading to higher satisfaction, retention, and student success.

This position is ideal for a proactive, organized, and empathetic professional who thrives in student-facing roles, enjoys problem-solving, and can manage multiple academic and administrative tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Student Communication & Academic Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for student queries, ensuring all inquiries are responded to within 24 hours.
  • Provide academic guidance on coursework, time management, and learning strategies.

2. Records & Administrative Management

  • Maintain up-to-date records including enrollment, attendance, academic performance, and progress reports.
  • Ensure accuracy of student data across systems, minimizing discrepancies.
  • Complete academic reports and administrative updates within designated timelines.

3. Class Scheduling

  • Coordinate class schedules and assign students to correct batches before each session.
  • Work closely with teachers to implement interventions and academic support plans.

4. Student Feedback & Experience Improvement

  • Conduct structured feedback sessions at least once per batch.
  • Document concerns, escalate critical issues, and implement improvements where possible.
  • Actively contribute to enhancing the overall student experience and satisfaction.

5. Assessment Coordination & Reporting

  • Organize and oversee all assessments (quizzes, tests, exams) in line with the academic calendar.
  • Compile and analyze results, and share insights within three working days of each assessment.
  • Work with faculty to review academic performance and suggest improvements.

6. Attendance & Communication Management

  • Maintain accurate daily attendance logs for each batch.
  • Add new students to relevant WhatsApp groups or communication platforms within 24 hours of enrollment.
  • Keep tracking systems updated to ensure smooth batch coordination and communication.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Response Time & Resolution: Student queries answered within 24 hours.
  • Record Accuracy: Student records are current, accurate, and error-free.
  • Scheduling: All students assigned to correct batches.
  • Feedback Completion: Holding feedback sessions per batch, with improvements implemented.
  • Assessment Reporting: Results released within 3 working days.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. (Master’s preferred)
  • O Levels and A Levels background preferred.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in student services, academic advising, or educational administration. (Experience in the education sector is preferred.)
  • Skills Required:
  • Strong communication (verbal & written) in English and Urdu
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in student information systems, spreadsheets, and digital communication tools
