Position Overview
We are seeking an Agency Operations Coordinator to oversee and manage daily agency operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between clients, creative teams, and vendors. The Agency Operations Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining PixelPro Agency LLC’s reputation for creative excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate agency operations including project scheduling, resource allocation, and client communications.
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide timely updates.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and external vendors to ensure project delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of briefs, revisions, and approvals.
• Support branding and marketing initiatives across multiple platforms.
• Prepare reports on operational performance and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s business regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in agency coordination, project management, or operations.
• Strong knowledge of creative workflows, marketing processes, and operational management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under deadlines.
