Job Summary

Reservations Sales Agent ensures that all assigned duties are carried out daily, efficiently and in a timely manner. Room booking processes via phone or email must be aligned in accordance with the policies and procedures set by One and Only One Za’abeel.

About You

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or call center. Strong knowledge of computer operations is essential, including proficiency in software such as Excel, Word, and PMS. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, along with the ability to perform the responsibilities of a sales agent effectively. A background in hospitality or a degree in hospitality is preferable.
