Agentic AI Engineer

General Experience & Skill Set

• BE / B.Tech / MCA / ME / M.Tech

• Strong programming skills in C# with experience in building AI/ML applications.

• Hands-on experience with LLM integration, prompt engineering, and multi-step reasoning

• Experience with agentic AI frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, MS Agentic Framework, LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI or equivalents

• Solid understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, GenAI models (LLMs, embeddings)

• Experience building and integrating REST APIs, microservices, asynchronous programming, dependency injection, configuration management, and backend services

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)

• Familiarity with vector databases, RAG pipelines, Azure AI Search, embeddings, and grounding techniques

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred).

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures.

• Ability to design autonomous systems with safety, guardrails (Content filters, safety policies, Constraining tool access and outputs), observability, and fallback mechanisms.

• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and system-design skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment, handling fast-paced experimentation and iteration

• A passion for innovation and a desire to push the boundaries of what's possible with Gen AI

• Experience with Healthcare will be an added advantage
