Role Overview
About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Coach to support engineering and technical product teams within a large enterprise environment. This role focuses on driving Agile maturity, improving team performance, and enabling high?quality, predictable delivery in an ASPICE?aligned organization.
What You’ll Do

Coach teams to embrace Agile values, principles, and best practices (Scrum, Kanban, WIP limits, Definition of Done)

Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including daily stand?ups, sprint planning, reviews, demos, and retrospectives

Improve team performance across quality, velocity, predictability, and flow

Identify, track, and remove impediments by partnering with stakeholders across the organization

Enable self?organizing, accountable, high?performing teams

Drive continuous improvement through effective retrospectives and actionable outcomes

Assess Agile maturity and coach teams to higher levels at a sustainable pace

Build a psychologically safe team environment focused on trust, learning, and problem?solving

Support Product Owners with backlog grooming, prioritization, and realistic sprint planning

Coach teams on estimation, planning, work breakdown, and delivery follow?through

Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning preparation and follow?up

Ensure strong collaboration with Scrum Coordinators and Software Quality Assurance (SQA) teams

Improve transparency through clear communication and Agile tooling (Jira, Confluence)
Required Skills
-
3+ years of Scrum Master experience supporting engineering or technical teams

Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices with pragmatic application

Experience working across the software or systems development lifecycle

Proven ability to coordinate cross?team dependencies and external stakeholders

Strong facilitation, communication, and coaching skills

Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Agile delivery tools

Comfortable participating in technical discussions to unblock teams
Preferred Skills

Experience in ASPICE?aligned or ASPICE?compliant environments

Background supporting automotive, embedded, or enterprise engineering teams
Education

Bachelor’s Degree (required)

Engineering degree strongly preferred
Certifications (Nice to Have)

Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

ASPICE training with hands?on project experience
