Job Description: Key Responsibilities Agile Delivery Leadership Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives) Ensure backlog readiness and sprint discipline Coach Product Owners on prioritization and backlog refinement Remove impediments that affect team velocity and delivery predictability Establish and monitor key performance metrics (velocity, cycle time, throughput, defect trends) Balance planned sprint work with operational interruptions and production support Agile Transformation & Coaching Lead the organization's transition from waterfall to agile delivery practices Educate teams and stakeholders on agile principles and values Coach leadership on agile governance and portfolio alignment Introducing agile best practices while adapting to healthcare regulatory requirements Promote continuous improvement and psychological safety within teams Assess team maturity and implement improvement roadmaps Governance & Enterprise Alignment Align team delivery with enterprise strategic objectives Integrate agile practices within existing PMO and change governance structures Support traceability between initiatives, releases, and compliance requirements Ensure audit readiness and documentation standards are maintained in an agile model Partner with portfolio management and leadership teams to increase delivery transparency Cross-Platform Delivery Coordination Support teams delivering across enterprise platforms Coordinate cross-team dependencies Collaborate with infrastructure, integration, and operations teams Ensure delivery practices account for ITSM and change management requirements Metrics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement Establish baseline delivery metrics Provide executive-level reporting on delivery health and risk Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements Utilize data to drive improvement Required Qualifications 5+ years as a Scrum Master in enterprise environments 3+ years' experience leading agile transformation from waterfall to agile Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and scaled agile concepts Experience in regulated industries (healthcare preferred) Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar backlog systems Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills Ability to operate at both team and executive levels Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare provider or behavioral health environments Experience integrating agile with ITIL / ITSM practices Experience in enterprise portfolio alignment or SPM environments SAFe, CSM, or similar certifications (practical experience prioritized over certification)

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($75- 80 hourly ). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
