Agile Master (Libadiye Office)

About the role:

We are looking for an Agile Master to support our product teams working under the Tribe structure in our Agile organization. The teams operate within a PI Planning cycle, inspired by SAFe and the Spotify model. In this role, the Agile Master will be responsible for facilitating agile ceremonies, monitoring team health, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement across multiple squads.

Position located at: Libadiye Office

Role and Responsibilities:

• Facilitate agile ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review, Retrospective) for multiple squads,
• Support teams in becoming self-organizing and improving agile maturity,
• Coordinate with Delivery Leads and Product Owners during PI Planning preparation,
• Identify and help remove team impediments through active coaching,
• Track and interpret team metrics (e.g., velocity, cycle time),
• Collaborate with Chapter Leads, POs, and Tribe Leads to support alignment across teams,
• Work with Agile Coaches to support organizational transformation and promote agile maturity,
• Ensure follow-up of retrospective outcomes to encourage continuous improvement,
• Support implementation of SAFe and Spotify-inspired agile rituals and structures.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Kanban Master,
• Experience with SAFe, Spotify, or other scaled Agile models,
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile Coaching practices,
• Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence,
• Strong observation, analysis, and team facilitation skills,
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution abilities,
• Preferred certifications: Scrum Master, SAFe Practitioner, or similar,
• Experience in managing multiple teams simultaneously.
