About Profile:

We are hiring sales team for a leading and reputed real estate group, known for delivering landmark projects and premium developments. With a strong presence in the market, we are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented AGM/SR. Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential/commercial projects.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Generate leads through networking, channel partners, and direct sales.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Drive site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Ensure timely reporting, forecasting, and achievement of monthly/quarterly sales goals.
  • Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and project teams for smooth sales operations.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/MBA with 7+ years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong network with channel partners, investors, and HNIs.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
