Duties & Responsibilities:



Marketing Activities/ Portfolio Management:

Manage and develop the portfolio of either borrowing & customer non-borrowing

Responsible for the growth and maintenance of the borrowing customer’s portfolio

Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability within the business

Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on business goals and objectives

Monitor market trends and competitor’s activities to identify opportunities for growth

Build relationships with key stakeholders including customers and suppliers

Introducing new Agri prospects to bank

Achieve assigned Assets budget

Maximize own portfolio and Agri Team portfolio profitability,

Cross sell and promote CAE products and services to AGRI clients

Managing personally any customers’ complaints

Conducting regular visits to customers (with concerned RM) as well as prospect clients to generate successful leads

Maximize Trade Finance activity of the Agri portfolio

Ensure portfolio maintenance (no expiries, no irregularities, no short fall in collaterals)

Generating all ‟Assets” related reports for portfolio maintenance

Providing service level excellence to Agri Team customers and ensure RMs follows his steps


Credit write up

Credit write up & carefully analyze client financial statements, structure credit facilities & mitigate risks

Review credit proposals of the team prior to Credit Risk Committee

Present and discuss Credit proposals in the Credit Risk Committee

Handle renewal of existing client facilities

Raise the flag for any risky accounts/transactions that might have an impact on the overall portfolio risk parameters

Conduct full market and industry analysis and assess client business

Management:

Managing and coaching team of SRMs

Provide guidance and support to team members to help them achieve their goals and objectives

Maintaining discipline in the Agri team and ensure subordinates are in full adherence and abidance to CAE rules and values


Requirements

12+ years of Experience in SME’s/ Corporate Banking

Bachelor Degree of Accounting/ Finance

MBA is a plus

Credit Course/ CFA
