Job Summary

Magico Group are hiring Sales Coordinator Agricultural Sector supports the sales operations for Magico Group’s pesticides and fertilizers business. The position focuses on sales coordination, reporting, follow-ups, and providing market and performance insights to support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact between agricultural sales engineers and the sales manager.
  • Coordinate daily sales activities, follow-ups, and communication across different governorates.
  • Prepare and update sales reports, performance summaries, and market feedback for management.
  • Track sales orders, quotations, and customer requests and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Support sales planning by organizing data related to targets, coverage, and regional performance.
  • Collect market insights, customer feedback, and competitor information from the sales team.
  • Coordinate with administration, finance, and stock teams regarding order status and availability.
  • Maintain accurate and organized sales records using ERP systems and Excel tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in agriculture , business adminstration , commerce , or a related field.
  • Experience in sales coordination or sales support, preferably in pesticides , fertilizers , or agrochemicals.
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills with high attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with both field teams and management.
  • Proficiency in excel and familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo is plus).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
