Magico Group are hiring agricultural sales engineer to responsible for markting and selling pesticides and fertilizers to large farms , distributors , and key agricultural accounts across assigned governorates.

key Responsbilities

  • Promote and sell pesticides and fertilizers to large farms and agricultural distributors.
  • Manage and develop assigned governorates and support other regions when needed.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with farms, distributors, and key accounts.
  • Provide technical guidance on product selection, application, and safe use.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and expand market coverage.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends within the region.
  • Support existing regional sales engineers during peak seasons or coverage gaps.
  • Participate in field visits, demonstrations, and agricultural exhibitions.
  • Ensure compliance with company pricing policies and sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in agricultural engineering (required).
  • Experience in sales of pesticides , fertilizers , or agrochemicals.
  • Strong technical understanding of crop protection and plant nutrition.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
  • Willingness to travel across assigned governorates.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team.
