Job Objective:

To plan, implement, and develop agricultural systems that ensure optimal use of resources, improve crop production, and maintain environmental sustainability.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and develop irrigation and drainage systems.
• Supervise agricultural operations and improve crop quality.
• Conduct soil and water studies and provide technical recommendations.
• Oversee the use and maintenance of agricultural machinery and equipment.
• Apply modern agricultural technologies to increase productivity.
• Prepare technical reports on agricultural activities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Provide technical support to farmers and agricultural workers.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering or a related field.
• Previous experience in agriculture (preferred).
• Good knowledge of modern agricultural techniques and irrigation systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in the field and adapt to agricultural working conditions.
• Good communication skills and team spirit.
