Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Agriculture Engineer with proven 3-4 years of UAE experience to manage, supervise, and execute agricultural and landscape-related projects. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of irrigation systems, soil management, plant selection, and farm operations, and must hold a valid UAE driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and manage agricultural and landscaping projects.
• Design and implement efficient irrigation systems (drip, sprinkler, and automated systems).
• Conduct soil analysis and recommend suitable soil improvement methods.
• Select appropriate crops, plants, and trees suitable for UAE climate conditions.
• Monitor plant health, pest control, fertilization, and disease management.
• Supervise farm workers, gardeners, and technicians; ensure productivity and quality.
• Coordinate with suppliers for seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and agricultural materials.
• Prepare reports on crop yield, water usage, and farm performance.
• Ensure compliance with UAE agricultural and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and provide technical guidance.
• Support project planning, budgeting, and cost control.
• Drive to project sites and farms as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in agriculture, landscaping, or farm management.
• Strong knowledge of UAE soil conditions, climate, and irrigation practices.
• Experience in landscape and farm development projects is preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with hydroponics, greenhouse systems, or smart irrigation.
• Knowledge of organic farming and sustainable agricultural practices.
• Familiarity with local municipalities and authority approvals.
