Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager with proven experience in the fit-out and landscaping industry to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and deliver landscaping and interior fit-out projects from inception to handover
• Define project scope, schedules, resources, and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, contractors, and authorities
• Review and manage drawings, specifications, BOQs, shop drawings, samples, and material submittals
• Oversee procurement of subcontractors, materials, plants, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment
• Manage site execution, coordinating multiple trades (civil, hardscape, softscape, irrigation, lighting, MEP, joinery, flooring, ceilings, finishes)
• Ensure quality control, compliance with specifications, and industry best practices
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on site
• Monitor progress, manage risks, delays, and implement recovery plans
• Control costs, manage variations, claims, and approvals
• Conduct inspections, snagging, testing, and commissioning (landscape systems and fit-out works)
• Prepare as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties, and handover documentation
• Manage defect liability, plant establishment, and maintenance periods
• Provide regular progress reports and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-10 years of project manager experience in fit-out, interior works, landscaping, or related industries.
