Agriculture Marketing and Sales Executive

Job Title: Marketing & Sales Executive (Agri Sector)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and field-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive with a background in agriculture to drive lead generation, build strong client relationships, and convert opportunities into sales. The role requires regular travel, on-ground market engagement, and a proactive approach to business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new leads through field visits, market research, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, dealers, and farmers.
  • Conduct regular field tours to understand customer needs and promote company products.
  • Present and promote company solutions to potential customers through meetings, demos, and site visits.
  • Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into successful sales closures.
  • Collect market feedback, competitor insights, and customer requirements to support strategy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and promotional activities when required.

Requirements & Skills

  • Educational background in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agribusiness, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or field business development (agri industry preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client visits and market development.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office, email, and smartphone-based communication tools.
  • Prior experience in greenhouses, irrigation, agri-inputs, or farm equipment will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
